The Enhancement Series of Glass Fronts is a system of interlocking aluminum extrusions which form structurally sound movable panel units with built-in flexible trim to accommodate variations with the building interface at ceilings, floors and foreign wall surfaces. The system has the structural integrity of a permanent wall but can easily be modified or relocated should the need arise. It is available in two elevations-Single Frame (100) Series and Double Frame (200) Series. The Enhancement Series has been designed to provide a pleasing and compatible office environment at a reasonable cost by being used in combination with economical "building standard" drywall construction of matching 3 3/4" thickness where solid walls are required. The door frames are manufactured to accept either designer selected wood doors and hardware or "building standard" doors and hardware. The design and structural integrity of the framing system provides architects and designers with complete flexibility in the expression of form with unlimited possibilities of elevations and treatment. The glazing framing permits the wide use of various glass thicknesses and configurations with numerous sloped surfaces capturing various aspects of light with a very pleasing reflective affect. The system is available in many standard as well as optional paint finishes and is especially attractive with many dark metallic colors which tend to conceal joint lines and result in a monolithic appearance. Our system is manufactured and shipped from our factory located in Corry, Penna. All jobs are scheduled and tracked through the manufacturing process using the E2 computer aided, manufacturing system. This allows us to accurately track orders through our 36,000 sq. ft. facility. Our modern air-conditioned plant is completely equipped with the latest computer operated manufacturing equipment and our conveyorized powder coating finishing system includes a four stage wash operation which provides the ultimate in fine finishes. Prior to release for fabrication, each building site under contract is physically checked for actual conditions and variations and our wall system is then designed to fit properly. In those instances where the building readiness does not permit adequate time to physically check job conditions prior to fabrication, we will provide the general contractor with the actual dimensions which must be held to enable a proper fit. In this case, the contractor must guarantee that the dimensions will be held within the reasonable tolerances provided by Glass Fronts, Inc.
